The National Irrigation Administration (nia) Mariis Division Iii, Through The Capital Outlay 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱25,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract 2024-d3-cob-1p: Rehabilitation Of Damaged Auxiliary Embankment Along Smc Sta. 13+821.5-13+904 (82.5m.) And 13+924-13+993.11 (69.11m.)thru Construction Of Slope Protection Structure With Sheet Pile Foundation And Repair Of Damage Drainage Crossing Structure Along Smc Sta. 13+740. 2. The Nia Mariis Division Iii Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Possess A Valid Pcab License Applicable To The Contract (at Least Medium A Category B) General Engineering (ge-2) And Have Experience In Undertaking Similar Project Completed Within The Last 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project Of At Least Fifty Per Cent (50%) Of The Proposed Project For Bidding And Have Key Personnel And Equipment (see Itb Clause 10.5 In Bds) Available For The Execution Of The Project. The List Of Minimum Equipment Requirements Is Indicated In The Eligibility Forms. The Post Qualification Of The Lowest Calculated Bid Shall Be Conducted. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
