The National Irrigation Administration (nia) Mariis Division Iii, Through The Gaa 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty-four Million Two Hundred Forty-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-nine Pesos And 21/100 Only (₱24,249,969.21) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The 2024-d3-solar Pump-package 1-additional: Construction Of 7 Units Solar Power-driven Pumps Irrigation Projects At Roxas, Quirino And Gamu, Isabela. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Nia Mariis Division Iii Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required One Hundred Fifty (150) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Possess A Valid Pcab License Applicable To The Contract [(at Least Small B) With Specialty: Sp-ee And Sp-me / Sp-em] And Specialty In Well-drilling And Have Experience In Undertaking Similar Project Completed Within The Last 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project Of At Least Fifty Per Cent (50%) Of The Proposed Project For Bidding And Have Key Personnel And Equipment (owned, Leased Or Under Purchase) Available For The Execution Of The Project. The List Of Minimum Equipment Requirement Is Indicated In The Eligibility Forms. The Post Qualification Of The Lowest Calculated Bid Shall Be Conducted. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
