Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The National Irrigation Administration-davao Del Sur Irrigation Management Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 180 Calendar Days.
