Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The National Irrigation Administration-cordillera Administrative Region (nia-car) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Requires 182 Calendar Days, Inclusive Of 26 Cd Pre-determined Unworkable Days (17 Rainy Days & 9 Indigenous Practices).
