The National Irrigation Administration-cordillera Administrative Region (nia-car), Through The General Appropriation Act 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Four Hundred Thirty-two Thousand Forty-one And 32/100 (php 4,432,041.32) Pesos Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Cw-benguet-13-2025/ Palpaltogan Pukitan Sip. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The National Irrigation Administration-cordillera Administrative Region (nia-car) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Requires 180 Calendar Days, Inclusive Of 10 Cd Pre-determined Unworkable Days (rainy Days). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
