Description 1. The National Irrigation Administration (nia), Through The Government Of The Philippines (gop), Fund 501-capital Outlay (igf), Project- Mariis Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Million Pesos Only (php300,000,000.00) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Various Dredging Machines And Accessories For Nia-mariis, Invitation To Bid No. Niaco-s-21. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Nia Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of The Following Vehicles For The Purpose Of The Project, To Wit: Lot No. Item No. Description Quantity Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Per Item 1 A Brand New Cutter Suction Dredger With Self Propulsion System 1 Unit Php242,500,000.00 Geotextile Tubes 3 Units Php1,500,000.00 B Brand New Aluminum Amphibious Multi-function Dredger Excavator With Crawler Propulsion System 1 Unit Php44,500,000.00 C Brand New Mini Dredger No Float Operator 2 Units Php11,500,000.00 Total Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Php300,000,000.00 Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Single Contract Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project With A Value Of At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Or At Least Two (2) Similar Contracts And The Aggregate Contract Amount Should Be Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of Abc Having The Largest Of These Similar Contracts Equivalent To At Least Twenty Five Percent (25%) Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 4.
