Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The National Irrigation Administration – Bulacan Irrigation Management Office Now Invites Bids For The Amris- Imprv't Of Irrigation Facilities (new Sipama Ia, And Sinipit Malaki Ia) Located At The Municipality Of San Simon & Candaba, Pampanga. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Two Hundred Seventy (270) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
