The System Shall Facilitate Tracking Of Interlibrary Loan Requests From Receipt To Delivery And Facilitate The Scanning Of Documents On Document Scanning Workstations And The Automatic Delivery Of These Documents Via The Internet Or To Be Printed And/or Mailed To The Requesting Institution.
