The similar project/works should be related to comprehensive architectural planning, design, engineering, and construction of sports complexes, stadiums, or students' activity and sports centers, including detailed architectural planning, design, and MEP services under one contract. Additionally, experience in planning and design of MEP and landscaping works of similar projects/works is also considered, with a minimum component value of Rs. 50 Lakhs for these specialized works.
