This Acquisition Is For A Performance-based Contract, Solicited, Evaluated, Awarded, And Administered Using The Commercial Item Procedures Of Far Part 12 And Far Part 13 (authorized Under Far 13.5), For Management, Supervision, Labor, Materials, Equipment, And Supplies. The Contractor Under The Resulting Contract Will Be Responsible For The Efficient, Effective, Economical, And Satisfactory Delivery Of Liquid Helium, Scheduled And Unscheduled, And Dewar Rental Services. the Government Anticipates Awarding A Single Firm-fixed Price Contract With Contract Line Items For Recurring Delivery Services And Dewar Rental Services, With Emergency Delivery Service Contract Line Items For Additional Delivery Services.
