Past Experience of Similar Services: The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years, with specific cost criteria: - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost.
