The National Housing Authority Region 1 & Car-1, Through The National Disaster Risk Reduction Fund (calamity Fund) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php 49,936,189.00 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Land Development And Construction Of 56 Duplex-type Housing Units For The Villaviciosa Resettlement Project, Brgy. Tuquib, Villaviciosa, Abra With Reference No. Nhar1car1-robac-infra-2024-001. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The National Housing Authority Region 1 & Car-1 Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Two Hundred Seventy (270) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
