The experience as Supervision Consultant/Supervision Consultants is also evaluated, with 6 marks for one O&M project under DBFOT/OMT/O&M of four/six laning of 50% of project length in the last 7 years, and an additional 0.5 marks for each extra project, up to a maximum of 2 marks. The percentage of similar works completed is considered in the evaluation, with a multiplication factor of 1.5 for 2-lane projects considered similar to 4/6 lane projects. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in laning, construction projects, and supervision consultancy, with specific marks allocated for each experience. The bidder should also have experience in using technology for road inspection, including Network Survey Vehicle (NSV), Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD), Mobile Bridge Inspection Unit (MBIU), Retro reflectometer, and ATCC, with marks allocated for these experiences ranging from 2 to 6, depending on the number of projects and the type of technology used. The average annual turnover from consultancy business is considered, with specific marks allocated for different ranges of turnover, including more than 50 Crores, 20-50 Crores, 10-20 Crores, and 5-10 Crores. The bidder should also have a certain number of key professionals on full-time rolls, with a minimum requirement of 1 year of experience. The evaluation criteria also consider the site appreciation, quality of approach and methodology, and quality audit methodology and quality assurance plan, with marks ranging from 0.50 to 2.00. The bidder should also have experience in DPR projects, with either the bids for civil works received by the client or the original assignment period + one year lapsed, whichever is earlier after the date of award of the DPR.
