The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil works construction business during the last five years in the role of prime contractor or partner in joint venture or sub-contractor. The bidder must provide evidence of successfully completing or substantially completing within the last five years one or more of the following similar works: - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost (Rs. 317.18 lac), with DBM/BC or PQC/DLC work amount being at least 60% of the estimated cost (Rs. 237.89 lac). - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% each of the estimated cost (Rs. 198.24 lac), with DBM/BC or PQC/DLC work amount being at least 30% of the estimated cost (Rs. 118.94 lac). - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% each of the estimated cost (Rs. 158.59 lac), with DBM/BC or PQC/DLC work amount being at least 20% of the estimated cost (Rs. 79.30 lac). The bidder should have completed contracts of similar nature, complexity, and requiring similar construction technology to the contract for which the Bidder wishes to qualify, during the last seven years. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Project Manager: 10 years as Project Manager on Highway, bridge construction, Maintenance works with B.E. (Civil) + 10 Years Exp. Or Diploma civil + 15 year experience * Dy Project Manager: 5 years as Dy. Project Manager/Manager on Highway, bridge construction, Maintenance works with B.E. (Civil) + 8 Years Exp. Or Diploma civil + 15 year experience * Site Engineer: 5 years in road and Bridge construction with B.E. (Civil) + 5 Years Exp. * Incident cum, Road property Manager cum Route Operation Manager: 5 years’ experience with Graduate from a recognized University
