The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in highways, with specific requirements such as 5 years of experience on highway construction/maintenance works for the position of Incident cum Road Property Manager cum Route Operation Manager, and 3 years of experience in the proposed position. For the position of Graduate from a recognized University, the bidder should have 5 years of experience, with 3 years of experience in highway property management and maintenance. The value and percentage of similar works completed are mentioned as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than an amount equal to each of Rs. 1.15 Crore, - Two similar completed works costing not less than an amount equal to each of Rs. 1.75 Crore, - One similar completed work costing not less than an amount equal to Rs. 2.79 Crore. Additionally, the bidder should have completed a single work of Rs. 2.55 Crore or two works of Rs. 1.60 Crore or three works of Rs. 1.05 Crore. The bidder should have completed 75% of the value of indented work in any 3 indents issued by the Engineer to avoid being considered as a fundamental breach.
