The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in civil engineering construction and/or maintenance works. The bidder should have completed similar works during the last five years, with a certain value, such as: - three similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 249.05 lac each, - two similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 348.67 lac each, - one similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 498.10 lac. The works should be completed to at least 90% of the contract value. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum average annual financial turnover of Rs. 996.20 lac during the last three years. In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder should have: - completed similar works to at least 90% of the contract value, - a single work of Rs. 498.10 lac (minimum 50% of estimated cost of work) - two similar works each of Rs. 348.67 lac (minimum 35% of estimated cost of work) - three similar works each of Rs. 249.05 lac (minimum 25% of estimated cost of work) The bidder should provide certificates from the concerned officer of the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent or higher to support the experience claims, and an affidavit on a Stamp Paper, duly attested from the Notary Public, that the information furnished with the bid documents is correct in all respects.
