The required prior work experience for the bidder includes providing Cloud-based IT/ITeS/IT-FAMS/e-governance related design, development, and maintenance services. The bidder should have completed at least 02 (two) eligible projects/contracts having a minimum contract value of INR 02 (two) Crore each. The bidder should submit a certificate issued by the client certifying the duration of the project and its completion. Additionally, the bidder should submit a User Acceptance Testing (“UAT”) certificate issued by the client showcasing the acceptance and complete Go-live of the financial and accounting portal developed and managed by the Bidder(s) under the Contract, and a Security Audit Certificate of the System by CERT-IN empanelled agency at the time of Go-Live. For the experience of providing end-to-end management of a Financial & Accounting Management System, the bidder should have the capacity of handling at least 1000 (Thousand) Nodes on a yearly basis and at least 5,000 (five thousand) transactions per day. The bidder will be awarded 10 marks for 02 projects and an additional 5 marks for each eligible project over 02 projects. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the contract value for Cloud-based IT-FAMS services should be exclusive of sale/purchase/supply/delivery/installation/maintenance etc. of IT hardware components. One of the projects should be undertaken for Central or State Govt., PSUs, CPSUs, SPSUs, Regulatory Commission, Tribunal, Statutory Authority, or any multilateral organizations/agencies. The bidder's existence and experience in the business of providing IT/ITeS/IT-FAMS/e-governance related services for the last 03 (three) completed Financial Years is evaluated, with a weightage of 10 Marks. The marks are allocated based on the number of years the bidder has been in existence, with 8 marks for 03-05 years, 9 marks for >05-07 years, and 10 marks for >07 years. The weightage for the criterion of experience in providing Cloud-based IT/ITeS/IT-FAMS/e-governance related services is 30 Marks.
