The bidder should have +5 years of experience in building construction work. For the supervisor, +3 years of experience in building construction work is required. Additionally, the bidder must have suitably qualified personnel to fill the following positions with the required prior work experience: 1. Project Manager: 10 years of experience in building construction work. 2. Site Engineer: 5 years of experience in building construction work. 3. Supervisor: 3 years of experience in building construction work. The bidder should have completed similar type of work with 60% magnitude. The bidder must have satisfactorily completed three similar type of work amounting not below to 40% value of the tender cost OR two similar type of work amounting not below to 50% value of the tender cost OR one similar type of work amounting not below to 80% value of the tender cost. Specific values mentioned for similar works include: - Not less than Rs. 27631208/- (40%) in one year. - Or two similar works with a value of not less than Rs. 34539010/- (50%) in one year. - Or one similar work with a value of not less than Rs. 55262416/- (80%) in one year. For non-Government/Semi-Government works, the criteria of amount of single similar work and quantities should be doubled. The bidder's turnover must be not below 75% of the tendered amount, i.e., 51,808,515/- at the current price level, and the available bid capacity must be not below the tendered Amount, i.e., 69,078,020/-.
