Description Invitation To Bid For The Design And Build For The Establishment Of Nfa Modernized Warehouses In Support To Buffer Stocking Program At Various Nfa Compounds In Region Xii The National Food Authority (nfa) Central Office, Through The Nfa Capital Outlay Budget For 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Forty-nine Million Five Hundred Four Thousand Nine Hundred Fifteen Pesos And 19/100 Only (₱349,504,915.19), Inclusive Of Vat, Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Design And Build For The Establishment Of Nfa Modernized Warehouses In Support To Buffer Stocking Program At Various Nfa Compounds In Region Xii Under Project Identification Number 2024-24. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Warehouses Shall Be Constructed At The Following Sites: Nfa Compound, Brgy. Dansuli, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat Nfa Compound, Brgy. Poblacion, Kidapawan City, North Cotabato Nfa Compound, Brgy. Kilada, Matalam, North Cotabato The Nfa Central Office Through Its Bids And Awards Committee, Now Invites Bidders With Pcab License Having A Minimum Size Range “medium B” For Building And Industrial Plant And Corresponding License Category “aaa” With Classification Gb-1/general Building Or Industrial Plant (per Pcab Circular No. 201 Series Of 2017). Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar Days From Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders).
