The National Food Authority (nfa) Region Ix, Through Its Proposed Corporate Operating Budget For 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty Three Million Two Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Fifty Pesos And 8/100 (php23,252,050.08) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Security Services For The Nfa Region Ix With Project Identification Number Nfa-rbac9-2024-goods-l-02. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bidding: 2. The Nfa Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Now Invites Bids For The Early Procurement Activity (epa) Of The Following Procurement Project: Lot Description No. Of Security Guards Delivery Period 1 Provision Of Sufficient And Qualified Guards To Specific Deployment: January 01, 2025 To December 31, 2025 Regional Office/zamboanga City Branch Office 35 Zamboanga Del Sur Branch Office 43 Contingency/special Events( Loading And Unloading Site - Zamboanga City Port Area) / Procurement Areas Within The Region: Pick-up Points / Buying Stations / Security Escort 24 Total 102 In Accordance With The Provisions Under Appendix 31 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Deployment Of Security Guards Is Required Within 10 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice From The Administrative Division. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instruction To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 4.
