National Drug Service Organization Tender

Tenders are invited for Installation, implementation and configuration of human resource and payroll system to the national drug service organisation. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Thousand Lesotho Maloti (LSL1,000.00) (which is equivalent to South African Rand) or Sixty One United States Dollars (USD61.00). The method of payment shall be cash, Mpesa or telegraphic transfer to the bank account details below with all bank charges to the account of the Bidder. Proof of purchase of bidding documents shall be required for participation in the tender. The Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 1400 hours on [10th February, 2022]. All the bids must be accompanied by the Bid Security of [Bid Security 2% of Bidder’s Bid & not expire before 8 th June, 2022]. The Bid Security must be in form of a Bank Guarantee issued by a reputable bank agreeable to NDSO. Late bids shall be rejected.
