National Drug Service Organization Tender

Tenders are invited for Installation, implementation and configuration of fleet tracker to the national drug service organisation. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Nine Hundred Lesotho Maloti (LSL900.00) (which is equivalent to South African Rand). The method of payment shall be cash, Bank certified cheque, or telegraphic transfer to the bank account details below with all bank charges to the account of the Bidder. Proof of purchase of bidding documents shall be required for participation in the tender. The Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 1400 hours on[26th November, 2021]. All the bids must be accompanied by the Bid Security of [ LSL10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Lesotho Loti Only) ]. The Bid Security must be in form of a Bank Guarantee issued by a reputable bank agreeable to NDSO. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids shall be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend at the address below at 1430 hours on [the 26th November, 2021] at the address given below:
