Description Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Food Catering Services For The English Language Course (elc) Of The National Defense College Of The Philippines (ndcp) For Cy 2024 1. The National Defense College Of The Philippines (ndcp), Through The Ndcp General Appropriations 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Thirty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (₱ 2,038,750.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For Procurement Of Food Catering Services For The English Language Course Of Ndcp With Identification No.:ndcp-itb-003-24. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Ndcp Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. The Project Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 30 September 2024 After The Issuance Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
