Description Cvd-pb24-019 1 Supply And Delivery Of Water Filtration System (milking Parlor) For Bohol Nucleus Farm Project 3,000,000.00 Raw Water Source The Facility Will Treat Water Sourced From A Floodwater Impounding Lagoon, With Potential Turbidity Levels Reaching Up To 2000 Ntu Raw Water Pump The Facility Will Utilize The Existing 4 M3/h Raw Water Pump Provided By The Owner. The Design Must Ensure Compatibility And Integration With This Existing Equipment. Power Supply The Facility Will Operate On A Single-phase Power Supply Of 220v. 60hz, Generated From The Installed Solar Panels Or Direct From The Exixting Grid Connection. The Design Must Accommodate Any Potential Power Limitations. Flocculation Chamber The Flocculation Chamber Shall Be Constructed As A Reinforced Concrete Tank To Ensure Structural Integrity And Durability The Flocculation Agitator Must Be Equipped With A Variable Frequency Drive (vfd) To Enable Adjustable Speed Control, Optimizing The Mixing Pocess Based On Varying Water Quality Clarifier The Clarifier Will Feature A Parallel Plate Separation Design Within A Concrete Basin To Enhance Sedimentation Efficiency Lamella Plates Will Be Constructed From Stainless Steel (ss3040 ) For Corrosion Resistance And Longevity. The Clarifier Must Maintain A Surface Loading Rate Not Exceeding 1.5 M3/h/m2 To Ensure Optimal Performance And Effective Sedimentation. An Efficient Sludge Removal System Must Be Included To Support Continuous Operation And System Performance. Final Filtration System The Filtration Backwash System Must Be Automatic And Gravity-driven To Minimize Reliance On Electrical Power During Backwashing Coagulation And Chlorination Systems Both Pre-chlorination And Post -chlorination Systems Shall Be Equipped With Redundant Metering Pumps To Ensure Reliable Chemical Dosing. The Coagulant Dosing System Must Also Include A Redundant Metering Pump To Ensure Uninterrupted Operation. Chemical Mixing Capability The Chemical Dosing System Must Accommodate Both Granular And Liquid Chemicals, With Integrated Agitators For Effective Mixing Granular Chemicals. Sludge Management Facility A Dedicated Sludge Management Facility Must Be Included In The Design, Capable Of Efficiently Handling Sludge Generated From The Clarifier And Backwash Processes. This Facility Should Ensure Proper Management Of Sludge, While Also Facilitating Water Recycling From The Both The Backwashing Of The Final Filter And Sludge Drainage From The Clarifier. Treated Water Conveyance The Treated Potable Water Shall Be Conveyed By Gravity To The Existing Reservoir Located At A Lower Elevation, Ensuring Efficient Distribution Without The Need For Additional Pumping. Free Chlorine, Turbidity, And Ph Analyser Portable Free Chlorine, Turbidity, And Ph Analyser Provision. Operator Training Comprehensive Training For Facility Operators Must Be Included In The Scope To Ensure They Are Well-prepared To Effectively Manage And Operate The Tretament System.
