Description Invitation To Bid Procurement Of One (1) Lot Supply And Delivery Of Uniforms For The Nbi Agent’s Basic Training Course Itb No. 2024-04-003 1. The National Bureau Of Investigation, Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Three Hundred Twenty-one Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-eight Pesos (php2,321,268.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of One (1) Lot Supply And Delivery Of Uniforms For The Nbi Agent’s Basic Training Course. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The National Bureau Of Investigation Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. The Delivery Shall Be Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, At Least One (1) Contract Similar To The Contract To Be Bid, And Whose Value, Adjusted To The Current Price Using Nso Consumer Price Indices, Must Be At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc To Be Bid.
