The required prior work experience for the bidder is as follows: - For works valued up to Rs. 200.00 Lakhs, one B.E Degree Holder (or) one Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with five years of experience in similar works is required. - For works valued above Rs. 200.00 Lakhs up to Rs. 1000.00 Lakhs, one B.E Degree Holder in Civil Engineering with one-year experience in similar works and one Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with five years of experience in similar works are required. - For works valued above Rs. 1000.00 Lakhs to Rs. 5000.00 Lakhs, one B.E Degree Holder in Civil Engineering with one year of experience in similar works and two Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with five years of experience in similar works are required. - For works valued above Rs. 5000.00 Lakhs to Rs. 10000.00 Lakhs, two B.E Degree Holders in Civil Engineering with one year of experience in similar works and four Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with five years of experience in similar works are required. - For works valued above Rs. 10000.00 Lakhs to Rs. 20000.00 Lakhs, three B.E Degree Holders in Civil Engineering with one year of experience in similar works and six Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with five years of experience in similar works are required. - For works valued above Rs. 20000.00 Lakhs, four B.E Degree Holders in Civil Engineering with one year of experience in similar works and eight Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with five years of experience in similar works are required. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least Rs. 486.51 Lakhs. The bidder should have achieved an average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract over the last five years, with a minimum value of Rs.194.60 Lakhs. The bidder should have successfully completed at least one contract of similar nature (Highways road and/or Bridge works/Airport contract) with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years, which is also Rs.194.60 Lakhs. The bidder should demonstrate experience in similar nature of work, including quantities of works completed in any one year during the last five years, such as: - Earthwork: 5148.37 m3 (minimum requirement) and 2059.00 m3 (alternative requirement) - GSB/WMM: 5301.82 m3 (minimum requirement) and 2121.00 m3 (alternative requirement) - BM/DBM: 842.00 m3 (minimum requirement) and 337.00 m3 (alternative requirement) - BC/SDBC (Wearing Course): 505.00 m3 (minimum requirement) and 202.00 m3 (alternative requirement) - VCC/VRCC: 985.96 m3 (minimum requirement) and 394.00 m3 (alternative requirement) - Steel: 37.73 mt (minimum requirement) and 15.092 mt (alternative requirement) The percentage of work to be completed within a specified timeframe is: - 10% of work should be completed in the first month. - 40% of work should be completed in the next two months. - 80% of work should be completed in the next two months after that. - 100% of work should be completed in the last one month.
