The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least Rs. 75.00 Lakhs. The bidder should have achieved an average annual turnover of at least 40% of the value of the contract applied for, which is Rs.176.68 Lakhs. The bidder should have successfully completed at least one contract of similar work with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract in any one year within the last five years.
The bid capacity to execute the work should be greater than Rs. 441.70 Lakhs. The bidder should have access to or have available liquid assets of not less than 10% of the contract applied for, which is not less than Rs. 44.17 Lakhs.
