The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in civil engineering construction, specifically in fields such as highways and airfields. The bidder should have experience in using heavy earthmoving equipment, quality control in compaction of soils, mechanized granular pavement construction, construction of asphaltic overlays, and construction of bridge works. The bidder should have completed works of similar size, nature, and complexity, and should have experience in Highways and Airfields. The bidder should demonstrate experience in similar nature of work, including minimum quantities of works completed in any one year during the last five years, such as: - Earth work: 2087 cum - GSB: 488 cum - WMM / WBM: 1220 cum - BM / DBM: 244 cum - BC/ SDBC/ CGPC / PCSC: 146 cum - CC / VCC / VRCC: 171 cum Regarding educational qualifications and experience, the bidder should have either a B.E Civil Engineering (or) Equivalent degree holder with 1 year experience or a Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 years experience. As for the value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder should have completed at least one contract of similar nature with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract, which is Rs. 129.56 Lakhs. The bidder's available bid capacity should be greater than Rs. 323.90 Lakhs, and they should have access to or have available liquid assets (working capital, cash in hand) and/or credit facilities of not less than 10% of the contract applied for, which is Rs. 32.39 Lakhs.
