The required prior work experience for the bidder is as follows: 1. The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years, with specific requirements including: - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. 2. The bidder should have executed at least a certain number of projects with a contract value of not less than a certain amount (Rs. yy) for each contract of providing manpower services. 3. The bidder's experience in providing manpower services to Central/State Government Departments/Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies in the last N financial years is required, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in providing similar type of services. 4. The bidder's personnel should have an experience of 3 to 7 years in the relevant field for the Sweeper profile, and 7 to 10 years for the Cook profile. The minimum average annual financial turnover required is 60 Lakh during the last three years. Additionally, if L-1 is not an MSE and MSE Service Provider(s) has/have quoted price within L-1+ 15% of margin of purchase preference/price band, then 100% order quantity will be awarded to such MSE bidder subject to acceptance of L1 bid price.
