The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar nature of work, specifically in civil engineering constructions, with a total value of works performed in the last five years. The experience should include work performed as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor. The bidder should have experience in O&M lift irrigation / water supply pipe line with pumping station, with a project cost of 355.23 Crore. They should also provide information on the quantities of work executed, including MS/DI pipe supply, laying, and commissioning. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 25% of the contract price. They should also provide certificates from the client regarding satisfactory completion of the O&M works. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 444.235 Crore for works in progress and completed in any one year over the last five financial years. They should have successfully completed or substantially completed at least one contract of similar work of at least 355.39 Crore within the last five financial years. The contract should consist of civil work, electrical work, mechanical work, and switchyard work, including MS / DI Pipeline with a minimum of 1 year of Operation & Maintenance provision. Alternatively, the bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar work and having experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of O&M of similar work with a capital project cost of at least 355.39 Crore. The values mentioned include 355.23 Crore and 355.39 Crore, with a percentage of at least 25% of the contract price for similar works completed, and a minimum annual financial turnover of 444.235 Crore. The contractor should have completed 60% of the quantity of principal items of work like concrete, earthwork, pipeline, pumping station, etc. within the last five financial years. For joint ventures, the lead partner must meet not less than 50% of all criteria, while other joint venture partners should have experience not less than 30% of the qualifying criteria.
