The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar nature of works, specifically "Construction of Hospital with at least GRIHA 3 Star LEED/IGBC Gold rating during last five years". The scope of similar works includes water supply, sanitary installation, STP, ETP, and Electrical & Mechanical works like HVAC, Firefighting, and other requisite electro-mechanical services essential for a hospital. The bidder should have completed works of similar nature in Govt./Semi Govt. Bodies with the following costs: - Three Completed work costing not less than Rs. 161.00 crore each (40% of cost put to tender) during five financial years prior to bid submission date. - Two Completed work costing not less than Rs. 201.00 crore each (50% of cost put to tender) during five financial years prior to bid submission date. - One Completed work costing not less than Rs. 322.00 crore (80% of cost put to tender) during five financial years prior to bid submission date. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily executed minimum quantities of certain items in any continuous twelve calendar months in five years prior to the current year and the current year, including: - Concrete grade M-25 & above: 22578.00 Cum - TMT / HYSD Steel /Fe 500: 2074.00 MT - Vitrified Tiles flooring/dado: 21554.00 Sqm - Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Block: 3172.00 Cum - Granite Stone flooring/dado: 1077.00 Sqm The bidder should also demonstrate experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. The bidder should have a total monetary value of construction work performed for each of the last five years. For specific positions, the required prior work experience is: - Project Manager: 20 years of experience in road/building construction work - Site Engineer - Civil: 15 years of experience in road/building construction work - Site Engineer - Electrical: 15 years of experience in road/building construction work - Billing Engineer: 15 years of experience in road/building construction work - Plant Engineer: 5 years of experience in road/building construction work - QC Engineer: 10 years of experience in road/building construction work - Surveyor: 5 years of experience in road/building construction work - Site Supervisor (Electrical): 5 years of experience - Wireman (License Holder): 5 years of experience - Computer Operator: 5 years of experience The bidder should also undertake to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the contract value of work during implementation of work.
