The bidder or its original equipment manufacturer must have regularly manufactured and supplied the same or similar category products to a central or state government organization or public sector undertaking for two years before the bid opening date. To support this, copies of relevant contracts showing the quantity supplied each year must be submitted. For bids with multiple items, the primary product with the highest value must meet this criterion. Additionally, the bidder or its OEM must have supplied at least 50% of the bid quantity in at least one of the last three financial years before the bid opening date to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU. Relevant contracts proving the cumulative order quantity in any one financial year must be submitted. For bids with multiple items, the category related to the primary product with the highest bid value must meet this criterion.
