On the basis of the contracts awarded, the contracting entity shall order work from its contractors through the following two procurement procedures:. Direct procurementthe procurement unit places direct procurement orders from its framework partners. The hourly rate for project-specific tenders will be the hourly rate for the supplier~s tender based on this call for tenders. Remuneration for the work performed is paid as a time premium at the ceiling price based on the actual hourly accumulation and the prices of the materials and supplies used. The supplier shall accept the charging criteria of the subcontractors used by the client and the overheads to be added to the charge as well as the margin percentages before placing an order or contract. Working hours are generally between 7:00 and 16:00 on weekdays. At other times or urgent and on-call work and its costs must always be agreed separately with the customer.
