The House of Boards provides its needs for technical advice in connection with the processing of complaints, in particular in the Environmental and Food Complaints Board, but also in the Planning Complaints Board or the Energy Complaints Board. The advice includes, in particular, but not limited to, the following professional areas: - Industrial conditions. - Surface water includes connection, seepage and discharge permits. - Raw materials on land and in the sea. - Livestock farming. - Soil pollution. - Sea farming. - Fish farming. - Land reclamation. - Watercourses. - Water supply. - Residential buildings. - Natural conditions, including Section 3 protection and EU legal conditions such as Natura 2000, Annex IV species and the Water Framework Directive. - Assessment of the effects on the environment and the Environmental Assessment Act. The supplier's tasks could include preparing technical notes with answers to questions asked in connection with the committees' processing of specific complaints, participating in web meetings and physical meetings, including sparring meetings, assessing the need for technical case information, technical quality assurance, etc. The services included in the framework agreement are detailed in Appendix 3 of the framework agreement.
