Municipality Tender

The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil works construction of a similar type, specifically as a prime contractor/partner, within the last 5 years. The required prior work experience includes: * Three Building completed works costing not less than 40% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 316.18 Lakh), OR * Two Building completed works costing not less than 50% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 316.18 Lakh), OR * One Building completed works costing not less than 80% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 316.18 Lakh). Additionally, the bidder should have experience in: * Three Electric also work like (AC/Audio-visual/stage lights) completed works costing not less than 40% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 243.76 Lakh), OR * Two Electric also work like (AC/Audio-visual/stage lights) completed works costing not less than 50% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 243.76 Lakh), OR * One Electric also work like (AC/Audio-visual/stage lights) completed works costing not less than 80% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 243.76 Lakh). Furthermore, the bidder should have experience in: * Three Furniture/Acoustic completed works costing not less than 40% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 149.52 Lakh), OR * Two Furniture/Acoustic completed works costing not less than 50% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 149.52 Lakh), OR * One Furniture/Acoustic completed works costing not less than 80% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 149.52 Lakh). Lastly, the bidder should have experience in: * Three Fire Hydrant System completed works costing not less than 40% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 5.14 Lakh), OR * Two Fire Hydrant System completed works costing not less than 50% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 5.14 Lakh), OR * One Fire Hydrant System completed works costing not less than 80% of the Estimated cost (Rs. 5.14 Lakh). The bidder is also required to provide information on the number of works completed in the last 5 years, with the following details: * Works with a value of 40% of the tender amount or more * Works with a value of 50% of the tender amount or more * Works with a value of 80% of the tender amount or more
