The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in designing, construction, operation, and maintenance of Municipal Waste/Municipal Solid Waste processing plants. The bidder should have experience in one of the following: - One (1) Municipal Fresh Waste / Municipal Fresh Solid Waste processing plants infrastructure of 80% of Estimated Project design capacity with one-year operating Experience - OR Two (2) Municipal Fresh Waste / Municipal Fresh Solid Waste processing plants infrastructure of 50% of Estimated Project design capacity with one-year operating Experience - OR Three (3) Municipal Fresh Waste / Municipal Fresh Solid Waste processing plants/infrastructure of 40% of Estimated Project design capacity with one-year operating Experience The bidder should have an average annual turnover of Rs. 2,80,12,034.00 (50% of the Estimated Project Cost) during the last three financial years, and a minimum positive Net Worth of Rs.1,40,06,017.00 (25% of the Estimated Project Cost). One of the consortium/JV members must have experience of Operating and Maintenance of SWM Processing Plants successfully. The bidder is required to submit certificates and agreements from concerned clients in support of the work undertaken, clearly stating quantities collected, transported, or installed capacities of the solid waste processing plant designed, operated, and maintained. The selected bidder should hold at least 100% of the paid-up and subscribed equity of the SPV until the expiry of the 3-year period from the commercial operation date, and 26% of the paid-up and subscribed equity share capital of the SPV during the remaining concession period.
