The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. RCC Pipeline Work: Minimum 400 RMT of not less than 300 MM Dia of RCC NP-3 pipe from the last 5 years. 2. LED Street Light Work: Minimum 20 Nos. from the last 5 years. The experience should be within the last five years (2019-2020 to 2024-2025) and up to one month prior to the last date of submission of the bid. The experience of works executed in Government (State/Central), Board, Corporation, and Government Undertaking/Organizations of state & central government shall only be considered for evaluation. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature and size, with a value of at least 10% of the bid amount. No specific amount of similar works completed is mentioned, but the bidder's financial capability will be assessed, and the applicant will be qualified for the work based on their actual bid capacity and other qualifying requirements. The bidder should undertake to invest a minimum of 25% of the contract value of work during implementation of the contract. The bidder's prior work experience will be evaluated based on the total monetary value of construction work performed for each of the last five years. The bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature, with a minimum percentage of 40% stake in the project. The available bid capacity will be computed based on the maximum value of construction works executed in any one year during the last 5 years, updated at the 2023-24 price level, and the value of existing commitments as on the date of bid submission. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 3,99,97,910/-.
