The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed specific works during the last 7 years. They should have completed similar works with a value of at least 30% of the estimated amount in the average of the last three years. Additionally, they should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar work of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five financial years. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90 % completed, with 60% of the quantity of principal items of work completed within the last five financial years. The bidder should also have a minimum annual financial turnover, although the specific amount is not specified. Furthermore, for works costing up to Rs. 7.5 crore, the bidder should have a turnover certificate of 30% of the estimated amount in the average of the last three years.
