The Local Govenmnet Unit Of Vinzons , Now Invites Bids For The Materials Of Purchase/delivery Of Anti- Tb Medicines (mho). Delivery Of The Goods Is Required 7 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed And Should Be Completed Within 15 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipts Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
