The Local Government Of Villasis, Pangasinan, Through General Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-eight Pesos Only (p 599,998.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Various Medicines (1st Quarter 1st Half) For Use In Municipal Health Office, Villasis, Pangasinan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected During Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Villasis, Pangasinan Now Invites Bids For The Supply & Delivery Of Various Medicines. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 120 Calendar Days From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidder. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
