The Municipality Of Valencia, Negros Oriental, Through The 20% Df-cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Sixty-seven Thousand Nine Hundred Nine Pesos And 84/100 Only (₱ 967,909.84) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Concreting Of Barangay Jawa Road. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Scope Of Work: Amount 1. Thick Total Contract Cost: ₱ 967,909.84 2. The Municipality Of Valencia, Negros Oriental Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required To Be Completed Not Later Than Forty-five (45) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii (instruction To Bidders.) 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. Bidding Is Open To All Local Interested Bidders, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Municipality Of Valencia Bids And Awards Committee And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From, Monday-friday, 8am-5pm. 5. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders From The Address Below And Upon Payment Of Nonrefundable Fee For The Bidding Documents In The Amount Of One Thousand Pesos (₱ 1 ,000.00). It May Also Be Downloaded Free Of Charge From The Website Of The Philippine Government Procurement System (philgeps), Provided That Bidders Shall Pay The Fee For The Bidding Documents Not Later Than The Submission Of Their Bids.
