No.8) Series Of 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Seventy-five Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-seven Pesos And 28/100 Only (₱ 975,477.28) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Restoration/rehabilitation Of Public Market Building– Pow No.24-06-0389. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Scope Of Work: Amount 1.general Requirements 1.1 Temporary Facilities 23,058.00 1.2 Project Billboard/signboard 7,408.62 1.3 Occupational Safety And Health Program 20,790.00 1.4 Mobilization And Demobilization 10,500.00 1.5 Tiling Works For Two (2) Locations: 367,348.53 1. At Near Jeepney Terminal 2. At Near Public Wet Market 1.6 Plumbing Works (with Wash Basin) 356,995.49 1.7 Removal And Replacement Of Old Partition Walls 124,257.00 (urinal And At Water Closet) 1.8 Painting Works (interior And Exterior Walls, 65,119.64 Interior Ceiling And Metal Casement Window) Total Contract Cost: ₱ 975,477.28 2. The Municipality Of Valencia Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Municipality Of Valencia, Bids And Awards Committee And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From Monday-friday 8:00am-5:00pm. 5. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On July 10, 2024 From Given Address And Website/s Below In The Amount Of One Thousand Pesos Only (1,000.00). The Procuring Entity Shall Allow The Bidder To Present Its Proof Of Payment For The Fees In Person, By Facsimile, Or Through Electronic Means. 6. The Municipality Of Valencia Will Hold A Pre-bid Conference On July 17, 2024 At Bac Office At 2:00 Pm, If Applicable And/or Through Videoconferencing/webcasting Via Zoom Or Messenger, Which Shall Be Open To Prospective Bidders. 7. Bids Must Be Duly Received By The Bac Secretariat Through (i) Manual Submission At The Office Address As Indicated Below, On Or Before July 31, 2024 At 2:00 Pm. Late Bids Shall Not Be Accepted 8. All Bids Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Security In Any Of The Acceptable Forms And In The Amount Stated In Itb Clause 16. 9.
