The Municipality Of Tubajon, Province Of Dinagat Islands, Through The 20% Development Fund 2024 In The Amount Of Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 900,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The “purchase & Delivery Of Materials For Rehabilitation Of Water Distribution Line In Bgry. San Vicente, San Roque And Brgy Roxas Phase Ii”. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Tubajon, Dinagat Islands Now Invites Bids For The “purchase & Delivery Of Materials For Rehabilitation Of Water Distribution Line In Bgry. San Vicente, San Roque And Brgy Roxas Phase Ii”. Delivery Of Materials Will Be In Accordance With The Delivery Schedule Under Section Vi. Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Deadline Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Nondiscretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
