Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Dinagat Islands Municipality Of Tubajon Section I. Invitation To Bid Purchase & Delivery Of First Aid And Disaster Response Supply (goods 2024 - 032) 1. The Municipality Of Tubajon, Province Of Dinagat Islands, Through The Trust Fund 2024 In The Amount Of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 200,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The “purchase & Delivery Of First Aid And Disaster Response Supply”. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Tubajon, Dinagat Islands Now Invites Bids For The “purchase & Delivery Of First Aid And Disaster Response Supply”. Delivery Of Supplies Will Be In Accordance With The Delivery Schedule Under Section Vi. Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Deadline Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Nondiscretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
