Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid Opening. Supply Of Petroleum (diesel And Gasoline) Not To Exceed The Bid Price Or Quotation; 2. Purchase Of Petroleum (diesel And Gasoline) Shall Be Made At Retail Pump Price; 3. The Service Provider Shall Be Responsible In Ensuring The Availability Of Products At All Times; 4. All Purchases Must Be Accompanied By Properly Accomplished (no Alterations) And Approved Gas Slip From The Procuring Entity; 5. The Service Provider Shall Send A Monthly Billing (statement Of Account) Every First Week Of The Following Month. Payment Shall Be Made Through Check Upon The Submission Of The Required Supporting Documents. 6. The Service Provider Shall Remind The Procuring Entity Two Months Before The Amount Stipulated In The Contract Will Be Exhausted. 7.
