The Local Government Unit Of Tinambac, Through The Lgsf - Sbdp – F/y 2024 Intends To Apply The Total Sum Of Two Million Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Eight Pesos And 94/100 (₱2,499,988.94) Only Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Supply Of Labor, Materials And Equipment For The Concreting Of Farm-to-market Road Brgy. San Ramon, Tinambac, Camarines Sur, With Project Identification Number B-24-123. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Tinambac Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required By January 2, 2025 To March 18, 2025. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
