Bidders Should Meet The Following Major Criteria: (a) Filipino Citizen Or 75% Filipino Owned Partnership, Corporation, Cooperative (b) Completion Of A Similar Contract Costing At Least 50% Of Abc Within Two (2) Years, And (c) Net Financial Contracting Capacity At Least Equal To Abc Or Credit Line Commitment For At Least 10% Of Abc, (d) Pcab License. 5.
