Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Rizal Municipality Of Taytay Invitation To Bid Supply And Delivery Of Tokens And Souvenirs For The Hamaka 2024 The Municipal Government Of Taytay, Through The General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Five Hundred Sixty-eight Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (php 1,568,600.00) As Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Supply And Delivery Of Tokens And Souvenirs For The Hamaka 2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Automatically Be Disqualified Upon Bid Opening. The Municipal Government Of Taytay Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Tokens And Souvenirs For The Hamaka 2024. Bidders Should Have A Completed Contract Similar To The Project, Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submissions Of Bids. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (r.a. 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.  Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders, Whether Local Or Foreign, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The 2016 Revised Irr Of R.a. 9184.
