Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Automatically Be Disqualified Upon Bid Opening. The Municipal Government Of Taytay Now Invites Bids For The Consultancy Services For The Engagement Of Third-party Service Provider For The Implementation Of The Community-based Monitoring System (cbms) In The Municipality Of Taytay, Rizal (phase 2). Bidders Should Have A Completed Contract Similar To The Project, Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submissions Of Bids. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (r.a. 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. ● Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders, Whether Local Or Foreign, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The 2016 Revised Irr Of R.a. 9184.
