Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Capiz Municipality Of Tapaz Invitation To Bid Procurement Of Various Diagnostic Services For Male And Female Officials/employees Of Lgu Tapaz, Capiz 1.the Municipality Of Tapaz, Through The Gad Fund Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Seventy-one Thousand One Hundred Eighty Pesos (₱ 471,180.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Various Diagnostic Services For Male And Female Officials/employees Of Lgu, Tapaz, Capiz With Id No. 013-2024-goods. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.the Municipality Of Tapaz Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Services Is Required Within 30 Days After The Actual Receipt Of Notice To Proceed/purchase Order. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
